Product Purchases

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return the product and receive a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

New Service Contracts

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service contract you have signed up for, you can cancel service and receive a full refund within 30 days of the original service contract start date.

Existing Service Contracts

You may cancel existing service contracts at any time, and will receive a credit for any unused service time.
